Tennessee EBT Payment Schedule
The Tennessee EBT Card holds the food assistance benefits assigned to you each month. Your benefits will be deposited onto your EBT card according to the schedule below:

How To Check Your Tennessee EBT Card Balance
There are three ways you can check the balance on your card.
Option 1 – Check your last Receipt
The first option for checking your Tennessee EBT card balance is to check your most recent transaction receipt from the grocery store or ATM. You have to remember to always keep your purchase receipt if you plan to use this option often.
Option 2 – Check by Phone
You can check the Tennessee Benefit Security card balance over the phone by calling 888-997-9444.
Option 3 – Check EBT Card Balance Online
You can check the Tennessee EBT card balance online through the ebtEDGE website.
To log in, visit the ebtEDGE website, then enter your card number. Once logged in, you’ll be able to view your current balance and transaction history. If you do not have an ebtEDGE account, you can create a User Account.
